Free during the beta
TTM is completely free while it's in beta — and even after, you'll never lose what you've built.
Team Tasks Manager is in open beta. Every feature — lists, reminders, webhooks, the lot — is unlocked and free, for every server, for the entire beta. No trial clock, no card, no greyed-out buttons.
When the beta ends
When TTM leaves beta it becomes freemium. That word makes people nervous, so here’s exactly what happens — no small print:
- Nothing you’ve built is ever deleted or hidden. Your lists, tasks and reminders stay exactly where they are.
- A free tier stays free, forever. A small team can keep using TTM without paying a cent.
- If your server has outgrown the free limits, you simply can’t add more beyond them until you upgrade — everything already there stays.
- What you build during the beta stays. The free limits apply only to what you add next: the lists, tasks and reminders you created during the beta keep working even if they sit above the thresholds: they stay in the channel, their reminders keep arriving and their tasks can still be checked — see What a beta list keeps below for what needs one of your three places. You were the ones who showed up early — you don’t get to be the ones penalised for it.
What a beta list keeps. On the free tier you work on three lists at a time: a list takes one of the three places the first time someone uses it after the beta, and keeps it. A list created during the beta that has no place stays in the channel exactly as it is: its reminders keep arriving, its tasks can still be checked off — without it taking a place — and it still downloads. Its webhooks fire only once it has a place, and everything else — bulk update, Clean, Reopen all, owners, tags, reminders — needs one, and takes it if one is free. To free a place, use Seal list or Delete list on a list you’re done with. Recurring reminders set up during the beta keep firing too, and stay editable: you can move them or lower their repetitions, not raise them.
The free tier, after beta
Three active lists, twenty tasks each, ten reminders waiting at a time — single ones, since recurring reminders are Premium — one person or one role per owner, and no webhooks: enough for a small team to keep using TTM without ever paying.
